Okay, probably I won’t list thirteen reasons right now, but I think you should know now what this post will be about.
Most likely you will know that Netflix just released the second season of TH1RTEEN R3ASONS WHY and as the weekend is over, I already watched the whole season. I’m kinda relieved that it’s done because it’s a hard topic and I gotta say for me it isn’t easy to deal with it. You don’t have to worry, everything is fine, but sometimes the show is really depressing and it made showed to me how important good friends are, that always stand behind you and strengthen your back in every situation. Friends can make every situation easier for you and even if you have a hard time (which I happily never really had as I can remember) they are there. The hardest episodes made me want to thank all of my friends for being there and always supporting me, it’s so much more worth than you could ever pay. You should thank your friends (and your family as well) much more often for being there and supporting you, it becomes just normal, but not everyone has the luck to be surrounded by so nice people! Thank you! ☺️
Well, however, this post was supposed to be about the show so I will have to say some things about it too! I would say that the second season is probably as good as the first season. It’s not that easy to compare but I really liked both seasons. To my mind, the first season is much harder to deal with, as the second season only describes the judgment process with some looks back to how it is described by the different people and how it really was. There are also some episodes that are quite hard and comparable to the first season, but altogether it’s lighter than the first season. But especially the end is much easier to process than in the first season! I’m way less depressed after finishing this season as I was after season one.
If you can deal with realistic, bad happenings in schools I would recommend this show to you, but if you are easily distracted by fictional stories, you should probably not even think of watching this (alone).
Thanks for reading and have fun watching (or not watching) TH1RTEEN R3ASONS WHY and remember thanking your friends just for being there! 🙂
